Euphoria Institute Reentry/Reenrollment Scholarship Form

The Euphoria Reentry/Reenrollment Scholarship consists of an award amount from $100-$600 but is not to exceed $600. The Euphoria Reentry/Reenrollment Scholarship is applied to the student's tuition account when they reach 80% of completion in their program. The scholarship is available eight times per calendar year and provides an opportunity to all re-enrolling students to have their cancellation and/or repeat fee forgiven by Euphoria from when the student dropped. The Euphoria Reentry/Reenrollment Scholarship is funded by Euphoria. The school’s Campus Director reviews all applications and awards the top five students with the best-written statements.

• Must be a returning student to Euphoria
• Must meet all admissions requirements to return to an Euphoria Program
• Must provide a detailed written or typed statement of why you should be considered for this scholarship, and how receiving the scholarship would help you achieve your education and career goals. Must address why you were unsuccessful in the past and how you are now prepared to be successful.
• Only completed applications will be considered
• A student is only eligible for one award of the Euphoria Reentry/Reenrollment Scholarship
